Province of La Coruna; VUT-CO-002706 House in a charming rural setting 4 kilometers from Betanzos, near Coruña. The house is simple but with a personal taste that everyone loves, it has a spacious ground floor with a living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower and a magnificent porch. The first floor; 2 double rooms, 1 room with bunk beds and a trundle bed ideal for children and a bathroom. The lower deck is a beautiful designer bedroom with a toilet.In the area there is poor movil coverage and we have a good conexion Wi-Fi.
No parties or events are allowed. Educated pets that know how to behave are accepted. Smoking is allowed only on the porch, not in rooms or living room. It is not suitable for babies due to the risk of stairs and swimming pool. Children who do not know how to swim will always have to be under the supervision of an adult without exception, being the latter responsible for any risk arising from a home with these characteristics, stairs, swimming pool...The house must be delivered in similar conditions of cleanliness and order as it was collected, any damage caused by poor handling will be responsible for those who rent the house.The tool and washing machine room must always be closed as a precaution, it is not a suitable place for children, there are materials that could be dangerous.The kitchen countertops are made of wood, but you cannot cut on them, they are marked. There are several cutting boards to do it on them without causing any damage. The wooden table or other furniture must be protected from sources of heat, grease or humidity if used. There are plenty of materials in the house to do it.The upholstery of sofas, if you drink or eat while you are on them, try to protect them with some blankets that you have by your side. It is essential to clean the shower drains if they do not drain, they are flat shower trays and if they have hair in them, they fill up easily and the overflow of water can cause damage. We always leave them clean, the guest must clean it frequently.
f you enjoy nature, it is the ideal environment where you can go hiking along routes in the area or the English path. Or if you prefer a route on horseback through the beautiful landscapes of paradise between rivers. But for the most urbanites you have nearby enclaves that are worth knowing, Betanzos, Pontedeume, Redes, Ares, Mugardos, Ferrol or La Coruña. As it is a rural environment a car is necessary to travel, but if your idea is to be away for a few days and focus on the rural world, it is the perfect place, knowing that you will be on asphalt a few minutes away.The house has a beautiful garden with a swimming pool, where it is very pleasant to eat, sunbathe or have a barbecue.
