RESIDENCE FOR TOURIST use 'OS NOVOS” VILALBA (LUGO)Rural House located in the municipality of Vilalba ( Lugo ) one kilometer from the Camino Norte de Santiago, in the middle OF THE NATURA 2000 NETWORK, located at the beginning of the Ladra river with its tributaries Madalena and Trimaz, forming part of the proposed Places of Community Importance (SCI) Ríos Parga Ladra and Támoga. It consists of 4 double rooms with their corresponding bathrooms, a spacious 70-square-meter dining room, kitchen and a toilet.
Located in an environment of centuries-old native trees and on a 100,000-square-meter estate that accompanies the Bark River on its 1,000-meter route. The Rural House is part of an ethnographic ensemble with a three-stone Flour Mill House and its corresponding dam that diverts water to the mill.In the ethnographic complex there are other buildings typical of the area such as a traditional laundry, a horreo and cabins for storing firewood and other services.The tourist dwelling is a charming 19th-century stone house, whose rehabilitation ended in June 2020. Located 2 kilometres from the town centre of Vilalba (following the N-634 Oviedo -A Coruña), a town where all kinds of services, health centre,supermarkets, restaurants ,bars ,shops, etc. are offered 500 metres from the river promenade of that town and 7 km from the Charca del Alligal with its publicly accessible hot springs.
