We have completely renovated it and we have taken care of every detail so that your stay becomes an unforgettable experience.

What do you say we take a tour of our 'Riquiño Penthouse' so you can get to know it? That way, you can check if it fits what you're looking for.It is in a very central building, on the top floor, a sixth floor. It has an elevator and access for wheelchairs or baby strollers. When you enter the apartment, the first thing you find is a hallway with a large wardrobe. Once inside you will already perceive the advantage of being in an attic: lots of light and tranquility.From the hall you can access the bedroom, the living room or the bathroom. The bedroom is great for couples. It has a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. It has a large window, like Velux, which makes it a very bright space.In the living room you will find a 2-seater sofa bed. It's perfect for children to sleep if you travel with them. Or you can use it to relax watching TV if you feel like it.The living room is an open and open space that gives way to the kitchen and dining room in the same room. The kitchen is fully renovated and equipped. It has everything you need to prepare your own meals and share them with 3 other people. Yes, we have full kitchenware for 4 people: cups, plates, glasses, forks... You can use everything you need.The living room table is located under a large lamp and next to the window. So, you can also use it as a workspace if you need to.If you look out the window you can see the Ruins of Santo Domingo, a Gothic monument from the 14th century or the great Alameda de Pontevedra, a green space in the heart of the city.At the back of the dining room, you'll find a door. It is the one that gives access to a multipurpose room. This is an ideal storage space. You can leave your bags and even children's bikes or chairs… The bathroom has independent access. Following the customs of 5-star hotels, you will find hand soap, shampoo and shower gel. So you don't need to put them in your suitcase.What about the temperature? They say the penthouses can be very cold in winter or very hot in summer. We thought of that so it wouldn't be a problem. The apartment has a heat pump, which will allow you to regulate the temperature, whether you need more heat or if you want to refresh the space.

Check-in is after 3pm. Although in some cases, you'll be able to check in sooner. Ask me to check it out. Check out time is before 11:00 AMWe are very concerned about the cleanliness and proper disinfection of all spaces. That's why we need time to prepare it.The apartment has autonomous access. So, starting at 3pm, you can arrive anytime, without having to pay any additional fees. We'll give you a passcode the day you check in.In the apartment you will find bed linens and towels for all guests. In the bathroom you will have hand soap, shampoo and shower gel. The cabinets have hangers.Also, we will leave you some breakfast for the first day.I think we've already explained everything.
